Where We Ship
We ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam folder if you don’t receive updates.
Shipping Insurance Policy
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us immediately at support@honacbd.com or (806) 404-1541 to initiate a claim.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Photo evidence of damages may be required for replacements.
Delivery Confirmation
Carrier delivery confirmation is considered proof of delivery. If there are issues at the delivery location, contact us promptly to resolve the matter.

Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Return both unused and used portions of the product within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply to unused portions, used portions (as per the satisfaction guarantee), or defective items.
Final sale items and gift cards/store credits are non-refundable.
Return Process
Email support@honacbd.com or call (806) 404-1541 to initiate your return.
Provide your order number and the reason for your return. A return shipping label will be provided to you.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Report any damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos and a description when contacting support.
Approved claims will result in replacement products or a refund.
No Refunds for Chargebacks
Refunds are not available for chargebacks initiated with your financial institution.

Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via:

- By contacting support@honacbd.com or (806) 404-1541.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
No Refunds on Subscription Orders:
Subscription orders are prepaid and non-refundable.
Cancellations will take effect starting with the next billing cycle, and you will not be charged moving forward.
