2. Program Overview

 

Description

Hona CBD provides affiliates with offers available on an approval basis. We operate various payout models, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Click (CPC), and Revenue Share (RevShare). High-performing affiliates may qualify for customized offers with exclusive commission structures tailored to their performance and traffic quality. All offers are subject to Hona CBD’s approval and ongoing compliance monitoring.

 

Primary Objectives

  • Drive revenue growth and increase payouts for Hona CBD and affiliates.
  • Enhance brand awareness and expand market reach through strategic partnerships.
  • Acquire new customers and convert them into loyal Hona CBD users.

 


3. Eligibility and Enrollment

Eligibility

Affiliates must align with Hona CBD’s values and business objectives. Requirements include:

  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Reputable online presence.
  • Compliance with advertising regulations and Hona CBD’s marketing guidelines.
  • Ethical and legal marketing practices.

 

Application Process

Interested parties may apply via the Hona CBD Affiliate Signup Page. Applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days based on audience relevance, traffic quality, and promotional methods.

4. Affiliate Obligations and Conduct

Expected Behaviors

  • Drive only U.S.-based traffic (Hona CBD ships exclusively within the U.S., excluding outlying territories).
  • Adhere to FTC guidelines regarding affiliate disclosures.
  • Provide truthful and accurate information in all promotions.
  • Use only approved marketing materials from Hona CBD.

 

Prohibited Activities & Violations

Affiliates must not engage in:

  • Fraudulent activity, including fake transactions, credit card fraud, and incentivized traffic.
  • Traffic manipulation, including bot-generated clicks, click farms, or misleading advertising.
  • Misleading or exaggerated health claims regarding Hona CBD products.
  • Unauthorized paid search campaigns bidding on Hona CBD-branded terms.
  • False discount promotions misrepresenting pricing or sales.
  • Spam, deceptive promotions, or brand misrepresentation in advertising.
  • Cloaking or disguising traffic sources to bypass compliance monitoring.
  • Reselling Hona CBD products under unauthorized accounts or third-party platforms.

 

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action.

 


5. Commission Structure and Payment

Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn commissions based on the offer model outlined in Section 2. Payment structures may be CPA, CPL, CPC, or RevShare.
  • Performance bonuses may be available for top-performing affiliates upon approval.

 

Payment Schedule & Methods

  • Payments are made on a Net 7 basis (seven days after the earning period).
  • Payment methods include Wire, ACH, Payoneer, or Check.
  • Affiliates must generate invoices for commission payouts.

 

Chargeback & Refund Protection

  • Hona CBD reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reject commissions if a transaction is found to be fraudulent, refunded, or disputed within 30 days of purchase.
  • If an affiliate’s chargeback rate exceeds 5%, their account will be reviewed for potential suspension or termination.
  • Any commissions earned on transactions that result in chargebacks, returns, or customer disputes will be deducted from future payouts or invoiced for repayment.
  • Affiliates found intentionally abusing refund or chargeback policies will face immediate termination.

 


6. Cookie Duration and Tracking

  • Standard cookie duration is 14 days, ensuring affiliates receive credit for purchases made within this period.
  • High-performing affiliates may qualify for extended cookie durations of up to 60 days.

 


7. Traffic Quality & Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all U.S. advertising laws, Hona CBD brand guidelines, and ethical marketing standards.

 

Traffic Source Transparency

  • Affiliates must disclose their traffic sources upon request.
  • Failure to provide transparency regarding traffic or refusal to comply with an audit may result in account suspension or termination.

 

Prohibited Traffic & Compliance Violations

  • Use of bot traffic, incentivized clicks, or fraudulent conversions.
  • Running paid ads on restricted platforms without approval.
  • Driving non-U.S. traffic to Hona CBD offers.
  • Any other form of misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing.

 


8. Suspension & Termination

Hona CBD enforces a three-strike penalty system for affiliate violations:

  • Strike 1: Written warning and request for corrective action.
  • Strike 2: Account suspension with a 30-day probation period.
  • Strike 3: Permanent termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and a ban from reapplying.

 

Severe violations (fraud, spam, brand misrepresentation) may result in immediate termination without warning.

 

Fraud & Suspicious Activity Suspension

Hona CBD reserves the right to:

  1. Immediately suspend an affiliate’s account if fraudulent activity is detected.
  2. Place all pending commissions on hold during the investigation.
  3. Request detailed information on promotions, creatives, and traffic sources.
  4. Terminate an account permanently if fraud is confirmed or the affiliate fails to respond within 48 hours.

 


9. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

Guidelines for Use

  • Affiliates must use only authorized logos and branding materials provided by Hona CBD.
  • No unauthorized modifications or deceptive usage of branding elements.
  • Brand-bidding on search engines is strictly prohibited.
  • Branding and promotional materials must strictly adhere to Hona CBD’s brand guidelines.
  • Affiliates must cease all use of brand assets upon termination.

 


10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Affiliates must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information provided by Hona CBD.
  • Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential data will result in legal action.

 


11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
  • Any legal action must be brought exclusively in courts located in Lubbock County, Texas.

 


12. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By participating in the Hona CBD Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement.
